About Me.

I help exhausted parents swap bedtime battles for restful nights, using progressive, supportive sleep science.

For years, I have operated in the fast-paced pressure environment of the corporate utility industry. I understand logistics, project management and data driven solutions. But when I became a mum to my daughter (now a thriving five year old!), I realised that no amount of corporate planning prepares you for the deep, bone-wearying exhaustion of sleep deprivation.

Like many of the parents I work with today, I found myself navigating a sea of conflicting parenting advice. I knew I wanted a better night’s sleep for my family, but I refused to use rigid, “cry-it-out” methods that didn’t align with my parenting values. That lived experience changed my entire trajectory.

Where Corporate Structure Meets a Doula’s Heart

Driven to find a better way, I trained as a birth and postpartum doula, learning to hold space for families during their most vulnerable transitions. To anchor my hands-on experience, I became a Certified Sleep Consultant. Today, Nurture Nest is the culmination of my entire journey. It is where my corporate honed skills for clear structure and clear communication meet the deep empathy and emotional safety of a doula.

I specialise in working with children aged 5 months to 5 years, helping families transition from the unpredictable infant stages right through to complex toddler bedtime boundaries.

My Philosophy: Progressive & Supportive

I do not believe in one size fits all templates, and I do not expect you to leave you child alone to cry.

My 100% virtual sleep coaching uses progressive, supportive methods. This means I look at the whole picture, your child’s unique biology, temperament and you family’s daily rhythms. Together, we put clear, organised scaffolding in place that gently guides you child toward independent sleep, while ensuring they feel completely supported, loved and secure every step of the way.

You deserve to feel energetic at work, present at home and confident in your parenting choices. Let’s get your family the rest you all need.
